About the event
Imagine the world around crumbles. Glass shatters. Screams filling the air. Chaos everywhere. A high pressure situation and you’re standing in the middle of it.
People are injured. Panic is spreading.
No help is around. It’s up to you.
This isn’t a hospital ward. There’s no controlled environment, no backup rushing in.
It’s time to think on your feet and put your knowledge to good use.
Welcome to Code Blue: Emergency Response Workshop — a high-intensity, hands-
on experience by the Department of Emergency Medicine, designed to train you for
what happens outside the safe confines of the hospital.
Through realistic simulations, we will recreate accident and mass-casualty
scenarios where you’ll get to step into the role of a first responder, making real-
time decisions when every second counts.
You will:
-
Perform triage under pressure.
-
Handle trauma and first aid in real life scenarios.
-
Learn casualty evacuation and coordination.
-
Experience on-ground emergency response beyond the textbook.
Expect Chaos. Confusion. Adrenaline.
And the chance to discover how you respond when it truly matters. Earn a certified
completion certificate and gain recognized training in emergency and disaster
response.
