About the event
“A good clinician treats the patient; a great clinician can present the case and teach others through it.” At the core of clinical medicine, case presentations bring together observation, reasoning, and knowledge to guide meaningful decision-making. Case Odyssey offers a platform to present and analyse clinical
cases, focusing on the “why” behind diagnosis and management. Moving beyond rote learning, it fosters structured thinking, clear communication, and collaborative discussion, guiding participants toward confident, thoughtful clinical practice rooted in evidence based medicine.
REGISTRATION PARAMETERS

Open to all MBBS Undergraduate students (Phase 1-4)

Individual and team (up to 2 members per team only).

Initial registration and abstract submissions are free, and an extra entry fee will be required after screening and selection of abstracts.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

All case abstracts will go through a screening process

Selected participants will be notified via email with further instructions and must complete the registration fee payment within 3 days of receiving the selection email.

Endorsement letter by the head of the institution or Dean is mandatory for participation in the event.

The top 3 case presentation from each category will be awarded.

Any images used should be original and from the institution one belongs to, we recommend the use of high-definition images.

The confidentiality of the subject or patient should be maintained.

ABSTRACT Guidelines will be sent via WhatsApp.
PRESENATION SPECIFICATIONS
•Time- 6 minutes for presentation + 2-minute Q and A session
•Format- .pptx (Power point presentation)
•Kindly ensure that the font used is Times New Roman and that the font size is clearly legible.
